We went to the bean museum and Dinosaur museum today. They are a great size for toddlers. Felix was growling at the animals. Such a funny kid. We ate a pick-nick lunch and he is now napping. Pictures to come soon!
Oh and we found out on Tuesday that we have a healthy baby boy! My due date is July 29th!

Sleeping
Our son has taken to waking up at 6:00.
Since Justin has been home Felix has had a bit of an attitude change. He loves his dad. At the airport he didn't want to let go of Justin to get into his car seat. And it has been that way since then. It is very cute. He really loves to snuggle and be with Justin. Felix has also been a bit more whiny and I don't want to say bratty but kind of bratty as well. Which has been hard to deal with. It seems to be toning down which I am super grateful for but he is now waking up at 6. Which is making everyone more irritable and crabby. I wish he would go back to sleeping in till 8...

Indian Food Again
Justin was the most super awesome husband and brought home a bunch if spices for me to cook with.
So, I tried to make Indian food again last night.
It was much better than last time. I feel like I have made some kind of improvement. I even varied from the recipe and added heavy cream which I think helped. I am looking forward to left overs today!
I am also super excited because it looks like in a few weeks there will be an Indian market day in San Juan Batista!!!! I am looking forward to going and picking up a few ingredients for making paner masala! We are also hoping that there will be treats and food to try!!!!

A quick get away!
Justin and I spent the last few days relaxing in Monterey. We stayed at a cute bed and breakfast called the Jabberwok Inn. It is a really cool place, it used to be a nunnery and kind of like a halfway house. I loved that there were no T.V's. It was a little awkward talking to people I had never met before. They had lots of treats, and alcohol out for everyone to enjoy and the breakfast and snacks were good too. I liked their oatmeal cookies. Seriously a cute place. It reminded me of a place you would stay at the turn of the century. I don't imagine we will be staying at another bed an breakfast anytime soon unless we go with a few more couples we know.
We fed the birds at a nearby park, the seagulls and geese were very friendly and were super close. The Geese ate right out of your hand and Justin had a seagull flying in his face. This was a bit annoying so we started throwing the bread we brought high in the air and watched the seagulls fight, dive and finally catch it. There was a seagull with one leg who was really a good catch. We also visited the nearby Aquarium. . It is an awesome place to see. The coolest thing we saw was the Albatros. We missed the demonstration with the bird, but wow what a beautiful animal. Anyways, next time we go I would like to see the albatros presentation. We ate at Sea Harvest for Justin's birthday. It was very delicious. It was really nice to just get away and that is what I liked best.
I am glad to have Justin home.

A Visual of All We Have Been Up To!
WE also played with bubbles today. Felix wanted to do it all on his own. He worked at it for over half an hour but didn't get any bubbles. He only took one swig of bubble solution before deciding it didn't taste super good.
A couple of shots of the almost finished board. As of last night i finished all of the drawing!
We also went to Monetary Bay Aquarium. This time we went to the Splash ZONE. Felix had a blast playing in the water. He couldn't quite figure out why he couldn't grab onto the stream of water.
Felix at the Winchester Mystery House. I really liked the place. I absolutely loved all the stain glass.
Janell and I went to San Juan Batista one afternoon. It is a cool little town. Lots of fun shops, The old Mission was cool first one I had ever been to. And chickens wandering around all over town. Oh and that is not just fat on me ;)
Felix has been climbing in out and on everything he can.
He loves looking at books, just don't acknowledge you see him doing it because then he stops.

Wholly Crap!
First of all wow, less than a week and Justin will be back!!! I am super duper duper duper excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I have been not really on the computer in a while. I have been up to lots, like breaking the computer, I did a silly thing and it was a quick, free and easy fix at the apple store.
I got a new hard drive, since they dropped mine at the apple store.
I have been cramming my homework and to do list all week so I will have lots of free time to spend with my husband when he gets back!
I have been doing the Medicaid Dance again. I really wish it was easier than this.Just to many hoops to jump through.
I re-arranged the room as well because I had so much time on my hands. Mostly to make it easier to sleep in a twin with two people.
Painting the growth board I have been working on. As of today I have two more characters to draw, and more than half the painting done. I still need to do the fine lines and shading and stuff like that to make it more awesome. I am hoping I can finish it next week. We will see...
Spent lots of time seeing sites and stuff around town with Felix and Janell.
Spending lots of time outside with Felix since it has been around 80 the last few days! YEEEHAW for California!
I have lots of photos to add and I will do so soon!
